Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

When I purchased Humana Medicare Supplement Gap insurance at Walmart in November, 2009, I had no idea that Wal-Mart would let Humana trick their customers and when I recieved photocopies from Humana's Tallahassee Florida office that had my signature on them and later found the originals showing I had not signed them, I sent copies to both Wal-Mart and Humana demanding an explanation, both have ignored me.

Humana switched me to a worthless medicare advantage policy (even though Blue Cross and Blue Shield will tell you I was shopping for supplemental gap to pay the 20% that medicare doesn't pay), that Emerald Coast Cardiology said they don't take but Humana keeps sending people to them and in an emergency, and when they treated one in an emergency Humana would not pay them, Humana is also claiming Sylvester Cancer Center in Miami as their provider but when a patient recieved Sylvester treatment they would not only not pay Sylvester, but look under Google: Humana Medicare Scams and Humana Civil Cases to see what they did to him.

Also see Google: Humana Medicare No Signatures (use lower case on all inquiries, and you will see where a patient was signed up for Humana Medicare Advantage like I was without her knowledge. Get any elderly person you know to ask a lawyer or CPA if they should cancel their Humana insurance, I wish I had known better, they have destroyed my health by not paying and Wal-Mart promises to call me back but never does, also under Medicare Advantage scams you will see that Wal-Mart is letting unlicensed insurance salespeople sell medicare advantage at their stores.

The case mentioned is in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Somebody has to tell seniors what happened to me and the District of suthern Florida patient and since he is dead i guess it's me, the stress of this caused me to recieve blockers for heart attack treatment and I have since developed high blood pressure and anemia. You can find a wealth about what's going on by googling Humana Medicare Scams and Medicare Advantage scams. If you do this you will see that any rebuttals to this report are outweighed by many credible reports from CBS and MSNBC and many others.  ////

Humana does not have an "office" in Walmart- The office is a giant crystal palace in Kentucky.

Blue Cross sucks as bad as Humana.

Above comment by Humana employee should raise major red flags- Humana and Walmart have a very cozy relationship with each other.  Do some research. The employee is trying to hide the truth. Humana and Walmart have teamed up to rape the healthcare system- Wanna use Walmart pharmacy? You must enroll in Humana prescription plan.

My advice is that if you are lucky enough to have Medicare, do not give it to Humana and be forever trapped in its useless HMO. Previous complaints prove this. The HMO plans are not portable, and when you finally get to the fine print, it does not cover anything.  Money goes to shareholders and CEO.

This Franzg guy must work for Blue Cross or something because he is trolling over Humana blogs and taking any opportunity to insult Humana.

Ok, first off, Humana doesn't have offices in Walmarts. You saw an independent insurance broker. It sounds like this person forged your signature and signed you up for a Humana policy. You need to sue that person.

The problem is managed care...

This case sounds like fraud and "ripoff".

If someone forged your signature, you are entitled to damages.   Plus, you would be doing us all a favor by busting these bozos who continually enroll us against our will in their worthless managed care "plans".

Please fight back.   These companies spend more on lobbyists than on their clients.

In my opinion, they are all crooks.

BTW, Humana will never call you back.   That is the Humana "policy".   You must put every complaint in writing, or they will not answer.   They are too cheap to answer the phone or get a fax machine.  Believe me, I've tried in the past, and Humana is just a bunch of idiots stuck in the 20th century.

Get a lawyer, and disenroll from Humana.   You cannot diseroll from Humana yourself.   The employees are not trained to do that.   Humana has your money, and wants to keep it.   You have absolutely no freedom of choice.

Please fight back.   This is important!!!
