Humana is in-humane.  My uncle 70 years old(a double amputee) is being kick out of skilled nursing after only a month of rehab.  They gave 2 days notice that they will no longer be covering the nursing home and pt.  He was doing awesome in pt but not yet at the point to be able to go home.  How in-humane this system is. 

I tried to call the corporate office and speak the SVP Thomas Liston, who is in charge of senior products.  I left a vm with his secretary Dorothy, who, no surprise, did not call back.  I kept calling the corporate office and was given to a 'so called manager' Wilma Kendircks (502) 580-4461.  She managed to create a smoke screen of non-customer service.  She wither called me back on my work number (when I would leave her my cell #) or avoided all my calls on purpose. 

This system is broken and the companies in it are in-humane.
