     I am a twenty year old who has been looking for some time for the perfect used 350z. I finally find it in the perfect color, price, miles, and transmission. I contact this dealership and speak to an "Ernie Andrascik" on a Tuesday, telling him I am very interested and I ask him to email me some more information.

     This is when I notice from the VIN that the vehicle had been in an accident that they did not mention, but Ernie assures me it was nothing to worry about when I call back the next day. Then later I get a phone call that apparently the 350z has had a customer put a depost on it. I tell him, oh well that's a shame I'll look elsewhere.

     I get a call Friday at 5:00pm. It's Ernie and he says, "Hey, so I just found out nothing is happening with that 350z, apparently another salesmen lied about the deposit to hide the car." That sounded a little shady. but I thought this was perfect. I tell him I will be there tomorrow morning with cash in hand, and this is a 2 hour drive for me and he is aware of this. He tells me to just call in the morning.

     The next morning I call and speak to someone at the front desk, they mention Ernie isn't in yet and that he would give me a call at 9:00 when he was in, Then I go to the bank, clear it with them, call the insurance company and get the green light there. I start making my was on the 2 hour drive to the dealership. An hour into the drive I notice that Ernie has not called me back despite it being 10:00am now. I call up and he tells me that a customer is finalizing the deal at the moment and the car is no longer for sale. Meanwhile he was WELL AWARE I was coming to buy that car from two hours away. I exchange some profanities with him and make the now hour trip back home.

     10 minutes after I get home I get a call back from this dealership from the manager. He explains he is sorry and If I want the car it's mine. Obviously this is a bunch of crap and what really happened was that the other customer obviously didn't end up getting the car for some reason. I then also find out a slew of other problems with the car that they neglected to ever mention to me and that they were only offering a 30 day warrenty. They ran me in circles for a car they new was a trash pile and when they couldn't pawn it off on the guy who was closer they had the audacity to try and ask me to come crawling back there to take it off their hands.

     This is the SLEAZIEST business I have ever come in contact with. STAY AWAY

 I worked trying to help Kyle Tyron with the purchase of this car. There was confusion about there being a deposit on the car. I did not get the message that Kyle was on his way here or I would have told him not to come. As far as the car being in an accident it was hit in the rear bumper. Not unusual for a 10yr old car to have that happen to. We have a link to the Auto Check on our website that I emailed to him. I sent it to him so he would know. As far as a slew of other problems with the car I guess he is refering to the window motor for the passenger side were replacing and disclosed to him. Our Manager called and apologized to both Kyle and his Mother. We offered to hold the car for him until next saturday but he has made no commitment or given a deposit until he would see the car. Here are my typical reviews Purchasing a car can be a stress process. Especially, when you are presented with circumstances that make this purchase a priority. I currently work in a job that requires travel throughout the state of New Jersey. I was planning on purchasing a car towards the end of the year. My search for a new car was initiated earlier then expected, due to both personal and professional needs. I heard about the Auto Resource Center through my credit union, Affinity Credit Union. I was pleasantly surprised to find a large and diverse selection of cars and trucks. I was able to perform a comprehensive search of the center's selection of cars by utilizing the center website. I had my eye on a 2009 VW Jetta and decided to head out to the center for a test drive. When I arrived at the center, I was greeted by a friendly staff. Ernie was my sales representative. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Ernie made the whole process a stress free experience. I felt that my questions and concerns were addressed competently from start to finish. I appreciated the manner in which Ernie and his co-workers with Affinity Credit Union explained warranties, contracts, financing and the numerous other details that goes into purchasing a car. I left the center feeling great about the purchase of my new car. Later that week, I had an experience contrary to what I just described. My girlfriend was also in the market for a new car. She dealt with a car dealership located in North Jersey. She ended up purchasing a great car, but not before enduring a process that was stressful and confusing. We encountered slick sales reps, quick talking managers and financial department that poorly articulated the terms of the loan. My girlfriend and I had to question every number and sometimes triple check the figures. We ended up finding over $2,000 dollars in charges, which was never explained. This experience really made me appreciate the level of service and attention I received while shopping at the Auto Resource Center of Hunterdon. I would like to thank Ernie and his co-workers for giving me a great car shopping experience. Just wanted to drop a note to let you know about the great experience I had at Auto Resource Center. I was in a spot where I wanted a new car, but knew I had to stay within a certain budget. I was passively looking around, but was getting frustrated with what I was finding. A colleague of mine -- who's also an ARC customer -- pointed me in your direction. I've usually bought cars new so, honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect from a "used car lot." I looked up your website to learn more about ARC. While I was there, I spotted a well-appointed, well-priced 2011 Saab -- a car I'd always admired but didn't think I could ever afford. I thought it was a "too good to be true" deal, but I made arrangements to visit your dealership and ended up meeting Ernie Andrascik. I quickly moved from a skeptical website visitor to a fully impressed ARC customer. Not only were my wife & I impressed by your facility, we found that working with Ernie was an absolute pleasure. Ernie made the whole process simple, easy to understand, and completely comfortable for us. He was honest, forthright, respectful and understanding of our situation, and took the time to go above & beyond to be sure we were confident in the deal ARC was offering us. After just a couple of weeks, I drove off your lot in my new Saab. It's now been a couple of weeks since and I've not had one ounce of the dreaded buyer's remorse! Thanks to Ernie our experience at ARC was one to remember -- and one I eagerly pass along to others. Great job! Good Morning! I’ve been an employee with Affinity now for just over eight years and of course, have been happy to spread the word about Affinity’s products and services, especially that of the Auto Resource Center. In fact, my husband and I have purchased a car there as has my sister in law. So, when it can time for my mother in law and father in law to trade in their truck and get a smaller car, I was happy to put them in touch with Jyoti! They took the drive out Saturday and not only were they offered a very respectable offer on their trade in but Ernie’s sales skills helped them find the right vehicle at the right price to meet there needs. Jyoti then helped them complete the transaction by offering them a great interest rate and completing the loan process quickly and efficiatly. Together, Ernie and Jyoti made the perfect team to help my in-laws and my father-in-law is thrilled with his “new” car! These are just a few
