I can almost smell rotten rat the moment I saw this same exact notice in my mail. It was dated, 02-13-2006, and again, requires for your reply by 03-01-2006 to get the prize in "as little as three weeks"!
So then I thought... well okay if I don't hear back from them passed the 3 weeks from the time I mailed back their made out "receiver verification papers" along with $19.99 report fee payment, I swore reporting these scammers to the authorities!
