we bought a 2005 suburben from jack via his ebay store. the truck was very well listed as far as its condition. I also called and spoke to jack about the truck and asked him point blank on the condition of the truck. and also asked if the truck had any rust and or paint work he ashured me it did not and it was a one owner great truck
i wired the money to him and he shipped the truck 200 miles to me in central florida. well I was amased to find out that the truck that had such a great condition report on his ebay listing in fact had lots of problem.
first the truck has rust and lots of it the battery tray is about to fall out of the truck. and the back lift gate has rusted thru and someone has tried to repair it and cover it up with fresh paint. most of the bolts in engine bay also are rusted along with a cross bar in engine bay
2nd the tires are dry rotted to the point I am afraid to drive it especilly with my two children that are both under the age of two..
3rd is the steerwing wheel shaft is worn out and causing there to be not only play in the steering wheel but it makes a lowd clunking sound
4th is the carpets they are stained and can not be removed
5th the truck showed up with no remotes (fobs) or original keys
6th and lastly is the truck was driven to and from my home and office (5 miles) and it has over heated. when I inspectied the radeator fluid it apeared to be a dark thick brown color
the over all condition of this truck is that it has seen a hard life with lots of use. the truck is not as repersented correclty and although it is a one owner its had a very hard life with that owner spending its time by the beach causeing the rust
I have tried to work with jack on this truck and I payed him what i would concider retail money for a one owner nice condition truck only to find out that its needs thousend of dollars worth of work. jack at first agreed he missed some stuff on this truck when he listed it and said he would help me out with the repairs. he then changed his mind and said piss off

after buying a 2005 Chevy Suberben it was delivered to my office and I soon found out it had a few problems.
after trying to work someing out with a salesmen and getting no relief i found myself with no place else to turn then a complaint to rip off report
a few days after my complaint I received a call from John Campell who said Im sorry about what happened to you I am the owner and I was on vacation and I want to try and fix your Problems with the truck you Bought. so after a few emails and Phone calls they did the right thing and resolved each and every Problem with the truck and I am now a 100% SATISFIED CUSTERMER.
John TOOK THE TIME TO SPEAK WITH ME ON THE PHONE AND I FELT LIKE HE REALLY CARED ABOUT MAKEING ME HAPPY. he took the time to see what my concerns were with the truck an agreed with me on all issures and made them right.
after what stared out to be a bad deal tuened out to be a great experence I would be more then happy to do busness with Hustle Auto Group in the future. they relized that my truck had problems and did the right thing even when they could have just said tough it was a as is sale they trully want the repeat busness and it shows in there great Custemr Service
