Awarded different prize from shown advertisement. I was playing their lottery game and it showed that completing the green puzzle piece you will get 5 billion chips, upon completing I was only awarded 1 billion. After playing 1 or 2 more ticket I notice my chip amount didn't add up, so I snap a photo. So I Email [email protected] and forward the photo with picture showing completed green puzzle piece as well as chip amount and prize shown. Nothing happened, all I got was excuses. In return all I ask is for the difference or "reverse" play so I can play my tickets at another time, but still nothing happened! They didn't even honor anything but gave me excuses. I HAVE STOP PLAYING SINCE, SO MY CHIP BALANCE AND GAME PLAY LOG WILL STAY THE SAME IF SOMEONE LOOKS INTO THIS FRAUD!
