hvacsshopdrawings.net isperpetrating a continuing fraud by taking copyrighted material from legitimate websites by legitimate drafting firms and cutting and pasting text and images from others and posting it on his site as his service; further,he is taking sample drawings from multiple legitimate web sites and sending them out as his own after lifting them from these sites and changing the title block; he also appears to be illegally email spamming contractors across the US.

 

Patrick Mckenna Mechanical Designer is advertising in many cases that he is a BBB accredited business but we cannot find his business location as required by the accredited program terms of use; listed; he has multiple locations listed in practically every major city in the US . hvacshopdrawings.net is actually listed with the BBB in Chicago with whom we have just filed a complaint. there is no active link that we can find and we very much want to find and talk to Patrick McKenna Mechanical Designer dba hvacshopdrawings.net.

Patrick Mckenna Mechanical Designer also appears to be using free classified ad services to also solicit drafting persons to do the work that he is advertising as his business, thereby furthering his fraudulent activity by implicating others without their knowledge. This person uses fake addresses in all the major cities across the US as office locations so he can place free classified ads in those areas and make their site SEO more attractive. In New Brunswick NJ, the office location is a bakery; in Philly a pizza shop; in Houston TX another pizza shop; in Austin TX, another pizza shop and so on.  You can go to any free classified ad and google map his given address to see that it is a pizza shop, or cafe, or donut shop. 

Lastly, he appears to be using massive amounts of free advertising lists nationally to promote and position his bogus website into a number one listing nationally by fooling the search engines into high SEO positioning due to all of the bogus links to his site that are from himself from his fraudulent ads. Patrick McKenna, Mechanical Designer, appears to nothing more than a liar, a fraud, and con-artist with no actual known address published on any advertising, and often with a different address for every city in the US. 

Currently, a class action suit is being formed by multiple companies to force Patrick McKenna to deal with the last 10 years of deceit and fraud that he appears to have been perpetrating on the professional drafting community and contractors that need those important and professional services.
