Hydroderm dishonest; offer a free sample, immediately cancel, they charge me $69.00 ripoff Culver City California
Responded to internet ad for free sample, pay shipping only. Received sample with instruction if I don't cancel they will charge $69.00 - immediately called, emailed to cancel. They acknowledge that I cancel but said I was to return the sample. Becasuse I did not return sample they charged me $69.00 and did not discover until I received my Credit Card bill nearly 60 days later. I called Hydroderm, was told no refund.
