This company appears to be legit but it certainly is not. I too was baited by the free 60 day trial. I saw the ad in a pop-up on my MSN home page. I ordered their product in October 2008 and was billed only for shipping and handling as was promised, I did like the product and intended to continue its use, so I had all intention of paying the full price of $49.00 at the end of the trial period. My credit card was billed before the 60 day trial was finished but I wanted the product so I had no issue with this.

However, I received an email stating that I was billed $54.95 for another shipment of the product on November 19th 2008. I became suspicious, as I knew that I was not signed up for an 'autoship' program. I then made several attempts to contact the company via phone only to have a response that the number was out of service. I sent an email to them requesting information on why I was billed for something I did not order, only to have a delivery failure notice show up in my inbox, hydroderm's server was not allowing contact with my server so the message was unable to be delivered.

I live in the Caribbean and so decided to have a relative who lives in the US try to contact this company on my behalf, she too was unable to contact this company, the number she was given by 411 didn't even work. She decided to do some online investigation into the practices of this company and endedup on this site which she directed me to. I am appalled that this company has been ripping people off as far back as 2004 and that they are still allowed to be in operation. I have had to cancel my credit card today as an avenue to avert further charges, I have lodged a complaint with my credit card company to have a "return fund" issued. I can only hope that that I am not too late to have these charges reversed. It is however very inconvenient to be without the use of my credit card right now as I still have christmas shopping to do. I hope there is some way that we ( those of us who have been scammed) can shut these "fraudsters" down and have the relevant persons arrested. I intended to lodge a complaint with the BBB.
