This company pretends to be based in Canada, but they aren't. They have Canadian flags everywhere and present as Canadian. They offer free samples for only shipping. Once you get their samples, they try to charge you for them. Secondly, the only receipt I have shows that I only signed up for a free sample and had to pay shipping only.
However, they then claim that I have purchased cosmetics which I did not purchase. You are then expected to return them. Third, the product bill was in US dollars, not Canadian to exacerbate the problem.
I'm looking to do a class action lawsuit against them because of their fraudulent misrepresentation as a Canadian company, their misleading ads, inaccurate billing, and lies. Stay away from them.
This is a disgusting, lousy company. Their receipts came in from three different emails so it's very suspicious. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS and theircreams are crap.
