Clicked on the ad which came through one of the Canadian news sites that automatically appears on my iPhone. I was interested because the ad claimed the developers had been on Dragon's Den but didn't end up with a deal, and then went on to be extremely successful. I had purchased a great product here in BC at a women's trade fair from a lady who had been on Dragon's Den so I was interested to try the hydroluxe cream as well.  

The site didn't accept my credit card, and then an hour or so later I got a call from the company so I placed my order. A few hours after that I was feeling uneasy about my purchase, so I looked online to try to find out more and saw a few complaints. Their own website was "Coming Soon". I emailed the company to cancel my order, but it had been shipped already. I asked some more questions through their online "contact us", mainly to give me the season and episode number of the Dragons Den program they were on.There were about 5 more emails sent by them after I kept asking the same questions, and the programmed answers were sent using 5 different employee names of hydroluxe employees.They would not tell me which Dragons Den they were on, I even called the next day and still no one would talk to me about Dragons Den.

 One of the emails reply said that because I didn't cancel within 24 hours I can't cancel my order. I told them I cancelled on the same day as my order but I kept getting the same programmed response. I  checked my credit card statement and the shipping charges were on there already. I cancelled my credit card at that point and am getting a new one. 

When the product comes (they had said they were sending full size products rather than samples) I don't plan on using it because it's probably crap- I don't trust these scammers at all- and I don't plan on spending the cash to return it. I'll let you know how things turn out.
