I ordered and paid 6 Litecoin miners (BW-L21 Litecoin Miners) at hyperbitshop.io in november (11/29/2017). Payment is confirmed by mail, the units would be shipped on december 30th.

Since i ordered before i kept in contact with Joshua Coffey (CEO of Hyperbit), regarding the purchase of extra miners of the next batch in January. When i asked about my standing order of 6 miners on february 7th (since they were still not delivered after a month), they confirmed by mail: "My team believe you order did not get shipped. They are uncertain how that happened because it’s not happened before. We are about to do another shipment and I will add your order into this shipment.". On feb 12 i again got the message: "You shipment was misplaced for December. We have put you into the next shipment, which we are expecting it to ship over the next week."

After that i requested more info on the delivery date mutiple times, i emailed many times over and over, try to call, try to contact them on their website, by Facebook Messenger, etc.

No response in any way.

They took my payment, made a mistake (which can happen), told me that they would fix it within a week, but now after 3.5 months I still have no miners or a refund. But most of all, they stopped responding to any form of communication.
