This is to protect you from the same mistake I made. Do not use idobouquets.com. Despite their claims to 'best wedding service' they are terrible people.

I ordered my bouquet on Feb 3rd, and the site said allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. My wedding was March 19th. That is six weeks before the wedding. I called on the 12th (five and a half weeks later) because my order status had not changed to shipped and I was worried. I was assured that it either shipped the day before or was in the group that was shipping the next day.

Not even an apology. When two days before the wedding the status had not changed I attempted to call again. There was no answer and a friend of the family made me a very beautiful last minute bouquet.

The day after the honeymoon the item still had not arrived or changed to shipped. I tried calling, again no answer. I sent an email. No reply but the ordered showed canceled.

Not even a apology at this point, if I would not have had someone who could help me I would not have had a bouquet and Beau (my husband) still did not have a Boutonniere. Paypal got me my money back (thank you paypal!) This was in March and they are still fighting me on trying to get that refund rejected. So that you can see our exact conversations, I have included the emails. Yes, I understand some of what I sad was harsh, but its my wedding they almost ruined.

A simple "we're sorry that your order took so long, we are looking into resolving the issue" would be forced but appreciated. There was never an apology of any kind, hardly even a few sentences total.

First email with order number in subject:

'My name is ___, I ordered a bouquet from your site at the beginning of February. I called last week to verify it shipped, I had been assured that it had and if not would be done so very quickly. I tried calling yesterday and this morning (which I should not have had to done on my honeymoon). My wedding was TWO days ago, and I still have not received your package. I expect an immediate refund.'

After not getting a response for 6 days , I was angry in my second email:

'I have attempted to be patient and understanding but your company added stress and almost destroyed a part of my wedding. If I had not had a good friend who made me a bouquet at the last minute I would not have even had one. RESPOND to this email or call me at _______ by the end of the business day on March 27th or I will fill out that yahoo shopping survey I received and report you to the BBB. I saw that you did cancel the order, but I am yet to receive a refund, and since it never even shipped do NOT try and even say there is a 15% restocking fee. My husband did not have a boutonniere because of your company. I want a full refund and an explanation as to why my last email was not responded to.

also, it may help ANSWERING your phones at your 'business'. I will make sure that every single bridal community online that I am a member of knows that your company is an absolute ripoff. I tried to give your company the benefit of the doubt. When a week before my wedding I had not received the item I called to verify it was shipped, I was assured that it either had or would be by that Thursday. It was not. I emailed your company after the wedding to say "What happened?" and ask for a cancellation and a refund. I was not thinking what I am now. That your 'company' is a sham, a ripoff and worthless.'

Their response (And no, no signature, not contact anything...just this:

'Your account was refunded March 19th for 17.85. Try checking your account again.'

My response (very angry. That is not very understanding. )

'No, it was not. That account is an online account through paypal and I have day to day access to my money and every transaction. I checked from the 17th to the 21st for all transactions and looked very carefully. There is no refund. Also, I requested a refund on the 21st, when I returned from my honeymoon. And i checked every line of activity since then and there is no refund.'

Their response back. As you can tell, top notch service.

'The credit card number you used to purchase these items is the one that was credited back. I would contact paypal and ask them where it is. Your refund was issued before you requested it.'

My last email I will send:

'Paypal says there is no record of you issuing a refund of any type in any period, not even in the pending queue. I have a dispute form to send a charge back to your company waiting in my email inbox now that I am hoping I wont have to deal with.

Your service is terrible, not even an apology for the fact that my order was not paid attention to, my first call was blown off, my email regarding that was ignored and not even responded to.

One liner emails are not the best way to deal with a dissatisfied customer. '

Some of my calling them a ripoff at the time may have been premature, but how true it turned out to be! Not only did I never receive product, but I had to pursue my own means of getting my money back. Stay away from this terrible company. I was so stressed about my bouquet that I could hardly concentrate on other things the few days before. I have had MANY other women email me from bridal communities with the same issues. PLEASE AVOID!

I did not file a 2nd charge back. They sent Paypal information requested and Paypal REJECTED it based on their records and reissued the chargeback. Paypal determined that I was correct and that no refund was created. Also, by the owners comments unless you are willing to buy $400 worth of items (most likely that you will never see) you are not worth their time. I have not reemailed the company, and I do not consider posting the truth (with proof) in communities made for that exact purpose harrassment. On other sites they have commented to others that they had a scam against them at this time that caused CC confusion, that they were backordered and many other excuses. On this site, I am harrassing them because I posted our transaction. They had no BBB history when I ordered in March, but look in under a year! We recieved your order totaling 17.45. The order could not be met. We canceled the order and issued a refund to the credit card you provided. Then, we get a chargeback, (those cost 25.00) we provided the credit slip and debit transaction showing proof the money was given back. We get notice that the issue is resolved. A couple of weeks later we get another chargeback from her, another 25.00 fee. I decided since this transaction has already cost me 50.00 plus the orginal refund of 17.45 that we gave, she must really need the funds, we let her have another 17.45 to prevent yet another chargeback of 25.00. You got your money back twice and cost us 50.00 on top of that. That being said, please stop harrassing us.

The only way I got my money back was a chargeback through my paypal debit card. They are fighting my chargeback saying they did pay me back (even though there is no record) and paypal has still taken my side, but this is serious harrassment. I am looking into the possibility of a lawsuit for the issues with the products never coming and the stress and harrassment.
