Thanks to the help of Sue Robinson at IAI and Christopher Murray at the Learning Annex my money has been credited back to my credit card. This issue has been resolved.

Thanks to the professionalism and the support of my my credit card company, the investigation for the fraudulent charges made by IAI is still going on. However, IAI refused once to credit the money they are trying to STEAL from me. They continue saying that I have three days to cancel my education program, because it is what it says on the contract. What it doesn't say in the contract is that IAI will lie to you and "buy time" out of their lies so you do not have time to cancel. Their lies go beyond the three day to cancel policy. AGAIN: SHAME ON THIS PEOPLE THAT MAKE MONEY BY LYING AND STEALING...I do appreciate that the Learning Annex took the time to get involved, hopefully I"ll get all this thing resolved soon. It has been more than three months since THE BIG RIPOFF and I am still fighting to protect my rights, the bad news for the clowns at IAI is that I am not giving up.
