IAI - International Association Of Investors - The Learning Annex Rip Off BIG TIME - Shame on them, they have to lie to make a living! Venice Florida
I paid $995.00 for a basic training on Real estate investment. The class became a sales pitch to sell you an advance class.
I PAID THEM $11,995.00 for a silver package but it came out that EVERYTHING they said it was a BIG LIE. They give you a book full of photocopies as "marketing manual" and promised you a state of the art software that wil never come, I scheduled classes that day and when call, about two weeks later to enroll and confirm, I found out that the classes do not exist.
They said I had three days to cancel, but those three days are nothing but a legal requirement. Do not fall into that three day "no questions asked" warranty. THEY WILL MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT HAVE THE CHANCE TO CANCEL BEFORE THE THREE DAY BY LYING TO YOU. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF CRIMINALS, LYING AND STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLE, NO WONDER THEY HAVE SOME MUCH MONEY. Shame on Don Burham and his bullsh** speech in the NY Expo, shame on Tim Gorsline leading the seminar, he seemed to be an honest guy with integrity. Shame on the Learning Annex that let those IAI liers to use the name to do bussines.

The Learning Annex guarantees all of our services and refunded the charges to this student's account. We have taught hundreds of thousands of students successfully. When a student is unhappy with their training, we want to resolve it. We are glad that we were able to resolve this student's concern. Thanks to the help of Sue Robinson at IAI and Christopher Murray at the Learning Annex my money has been credited back to my credit card. This issue has been resolved.

Thanks to the professionalism and the support of my my credit card company, the investigation for the fraudulent charges made by IAI is still going on. However, IAI refused once to credit the money they are trying to STEAL from me. They continue saying that I have three days to cancel my education program, because it is what it says on the contract. What it doesn't say in the contract is that IAI will lie to you and "buy time" out of their lies so you do not have time to cancel. Their lies go beyond the three day to cancel policy. AGAIN: SHAME ON THIS PEOPLE THAT MAKE MONEY BY LYING AND STEALING...I do appreciate that the Learning Annex took the time to get involved, hopefully I"ll get all this thing resolved soon. It has been more than three months since THE BIG RIPOFF and I am still fighting to protect my rights, the bad news for the clowns at IAI is that I am not giving up.
