On december 16th, I will be arriving at London airport at 7.30 am from Chicago. I had booked another flight from London to Bilbao (Spain) who was scheduled to depart at 11.30 am. Iberia has send me an email one month in advance delaying the flight about 7 hours. The company did not apologize, did not offer alternatives, no refund options and gave no justification at all for the change.

In addition to this, my wife is pregnant and she will have to be waiting for about 12 hours thanks to Iberia. They have this kind of attitudes quite often and I feel really disappointed with how they treat people. 

In the future I will avoid to flight with this company and will tell other people my experience.
