I have had problems with IBM Lender Business Services every since I was sign over to them from my last loan agency. On July 11, 2010, I made a payment by phone to Lender Business Process Services. The agency representative who took my payment by phone was Mr.Keleko. I gave my account # and routing # to Mr. Keleko twice and he inform me that he has the correct information. Mr. Keleko inform me to pay $787.90 toward July house payment and $10.00 as phone process fee. Mr. Keleko also informed me to pay my June payment which was $26.41 short. I told Mr. Keleko I would sent that amount in by check no later than two to three days. I noticed my payments has not been posted to my account.
Therefore I contacted Lender Business Process Services on July 15, 2010 and spoke with Clarre Gallacher of my July payment and June payment have not been withdrawn from my account. She stated by phone that it take three days before it can be process from my account. I inform Mrs. Gallacher I will not be responsiblefor any later fee if they do not get the money out of my account on time. I have received two later fee payment in the amount of $55.72 from Lender Business Process for 9/1/2010 and $66.72 for 10/1/2010 payment. The problem has was not been corrected as of this date 9/27/2010. MY question to BBB what step can be taken for this consumer's to resolved this problem with this agency.
