ibotta closed account and took money Internet
I sent reciept to ibotta they sent me email stating they could nit read it. Before i got threw reading that one another came in tried to open it and it sent me to my ibotta account. Which no longer opened. Kept telling me to register so i tried and it said type was wrong. Problem is is that i had earned almost 30.00 which they took when closing my account. I think this is ridiculous. They have not return my message yet but i can see by reading other's that they are probably going to tell me that i used depulicate reciept, which i didn't. Or because i used the reciept from my meijer account on internet. Which i did not know was illegal. I think other people should be warned dont keep more then 5.00 in your account or they will find a way of closing it and taking your money.

Ibotta reactivated my account and returned my balance. They did this because I was unaware that you could not use digital reciepts.
