Buyer Beware! i placed an order on 1/3/2018. They processed my payment immediately. After two weeks I sent an email, asking what the hold up was. Then I recieved a telephone call saying they didn't have my case in stock. So, that is why they couldn't send it. Then was assured they were putting a rush on the order. Two weeks later they send me a tracking number saying it had shipped. It arrived, the box was severely worn, beaten up. After opening the outside box, and the packaging, I removed the computer box. It was covered in dust and had writing in fingerprint on it. ( you know, like "wash me" on a dirty car) Upon opening the package, I am asking myself, where is the rest of my order????? I ordered two gaming chairs, almost $300 each and I was also missing a mouse (!!! seriously??!!!) a mouse pad, and a headset, and two HDMI cables. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure the computer had been built and was sitting in their warehouse collecting dust. I started to think, when does the 30 day warranty start? From the day I recieve it, or from the day my payment went through? If so, this is major fraud. The computer works, despite having to borrow a mouse. I had sent them emails right away, demanding money back if the items did not get shipped ASAP. They did not respond. I sent out another email, with Ripoff Report CC'ed in the receiptiant. Suddenly, I get a response, oh sorry we will send you your items. OH, and we don't send chairs. ????? Then where do my chairs come from? And if I paid for them back on 1/3/2018, why weren't they sent as soon as payment was received? I still have not got a tracking number from ibuypower for the peripherals or from any other company for the chairs.
