ICIG ICIG - Electronic Cigarettes scam Winchester, California
The product that ICIG sells is a "quit smoking device" called an Electronic Cigarette. Rodney Gray claims that this item can help you stop smoking, but the only thing it does is deliver the nicotine a different way. It is freighting to me that this product is a consumable item and yet his website does not state what chemicals it contains. The website does state that the product only contains Nicotine and Propylene glycol, which I find very hard to believe. Once I purchased the item and gave it a try I found that it had absolutely no effect on me, it was similar to inhaling vapor from a humidifier. Soon after I tried calling the company and left several messages but never got a call back. I then tried e-mail and still no response. I ended up having to dispute it with my credit card company and I am currently awaiting the results of my charge back. After doing some research I found that the owner Rodney Gray of Winchester CA has been involved with different kinds of criminal activities, including but not limited to Credit Card Fraud, Tax Evasion, and Smuggling. Buyer Beware.
