I signed up for a $2.97 kit that was to be MAILED to me for imformation on instant access to your own online business. The cost was to be $2.97. It stated that I would be receiving my road map to sucess in the MAIL to view and to activate my account! Here is when they took the $2.97 out APR3 # DEBIT PURCHASE 2.97 65.93 # ICM WEBSITES 877-863-30. Here is when the charged my account and caused some problems APR7 # COURTESY PAY (OSP)-DBT CD 25.00 -21.36 APR7 # DEBIT PURCHASE 139.95 -161.31 # ICM WEBSITES 877-863-30. Now I never got anything in the mail, never activated any account or gave them any right to charge my account $139.95, not to bring up as of 4/9/2010 I have not got my kit in the MAIL! How can they say it is going to be mailed to me for review for a free 3 day trial then not send it to you and then bill you? I thought when the mail was involved that wrong billing was a Federal thing? I will contact the AT in KS and the 1 in Fla. where their call center is, this isn't right. As of 8:59 on 4/9/2010 I have not got anything in the mail, but they still billed be $139.00 for my 3 day trial that has never been ativated or I never got. I think everyone who got riffed off should call the US postal service because false billing is federal and it does say in the form you will be receiving your road map to sucess in the mail. the complaint that all the information was not provided by the complainant in
regards to the program and the requisite charges for that program, additionally
several facts have been omitted that once revealed will hopefully clear up this
matter.
In the interest of
Customer Service, we have terminated this customers account and no further
charges will be conducted on their account. This customer will also be provided
a refund for the purchase, in the amount of $142.92.
Internet Cash Machine is a membership site that
provides users with all the tools and information necessary to learn how to
post product websites and mall webstores, as well as, launch products for auction
on eBay.
In order to sign up for the Internet Cash Machine
program, the customer MUST go thru the following steps.
1. Client reaches Internet Cash Machine offer site through different
internet advertisements.
2. Client is directed to a sales landing page to enter preliminary
information, in which there is a link at the bottom of the page to
the Terms and Conditions of the signing up for the program.
3. Then the customer MUST provide their
credit card information on the
secured payment page and must agree to the terms and conditions,
noted below in bold, that are
conspicuously display no more than 80
pixels from the order submission button.??
By placing my order I agree to the Terms of
Offer, which explain this order includes the about for just $2.97 for
processing. If you enjoy the 3-day trial and continue your path to making
money, you will be billed a one-time fee of $139.95 and a monthly maintenance fee
of $4.95. You may cancel anytime by calling 1-877-863-3088.
The 3-day begins the day the

drafted from the account based on the initial authorization on the account. If
the customer cancels within the 3-day period, the authorization for the funds
is lifted and the money is again available for them in their account.
Again on the credit information page, the terms and conditions of the program are noted on the page in several different areas. First, there is a link on the bottom of the page for the Terms and Conditions. Second, the Terms and Conditions and charges for the program are listed on the page, directly to the left of the Rush My Order button. Those terms and conditions and charges for the service clearly state that there are 3 different charges for this program. The first is the initial charge of $2.97 for processing of the account. This website collects personal information, including credit card information WITHOUT USING SECURE SOCKET LAYER /TRANSPORT LAYER SECURITY encryption! Dont believe me? Go to these URLs and see for yourself!!! The first clue is that the URL in the address line begins with HTTP: -addresses that use TLS/SSL begin with HTTPS:

Further, on their page where they want credit card information, they have 3 logos; Verisign check, Geotrust, and Truste. The Verisign logo is a FAKE because it doesnt link to verisign and their SSL certificate (verified with www.verisign.com.) The www.GeoTrust.com website does NOT LIST this website as secure, and the www.Truste.com website does not list them as secure!
So, how is this website secure for ecommerce? Why would any website have any of these logos on their page when they are not using TLS/SSL encryption and dont have a TLS/SSL certificate?
