Iconic 3D offered a custom 3D Printing service. They are located at 6890 E. Sunrise Drive, Tucson, AZ 85750, phone number 520-977-7584, and owned by Jenn Sinclair.
I encountered this company at the Phoenix ComiCon Fan Fest in Glendale, AZ, on December 5, 2015. I had a scan made of myself in costume and ordered 2 3D printed figures at a cost of $159.17. Additional items were ordered at the same time, $20.00 each, which I paid cash for, as well as a $10.00 shipping fee, for a total order of $209.17. The order was to take 3 to 5 weeks for delivery.
To date I have not received the order and every attempt to call, e-mail, write (certified mail), and otherwise contact through a BBB Complaint have failed. Iconic 3D has deliberately refused to respond to every attempt at contacting them.
Iconic 3D is a scam! They are apparently in business to take your money and once they have it forget you exist!
I whole heartedly discourage anyone from doing any business with Iconic 3D.
