ICU - TRACERSERVICES.COM Scam & Con Artist at your service for a price beyond agreed lock down your collateral contact lienholder for payment! SURREY BC/Berea Ohio British Columbia/Ohio
ICU misrepresented it's Company claiming to be an agent in the Fl Keys area. Verbal agreement on price between ICU and our Company $375 a repo. Insurance, license and fee schedule requested but never received. 8 assignments faxed-employee error-without receiving requested information. Several requests later proof of insurance, license and fee schedule never received. ICU hired another agent to repo 3 of the assignments at the given and submitted 3 invoices in excess of $8,000 for services not performed (price agreed was $375 per repo). We closed the remaining assignments and received another invoice for $1,000 stating they would remain open until the units were repo'd.
Tried to discuss the issue with ICU but the person-Dan, Scott, Frank-possibly all 3 the same person, was extremely RUDE and uncooperative. Yelling and being verbally abusive calling names and demanding payment within a time frame. He contacted the client and made the same demands and moved the collateral to another state claiming he would retitle them in Texas unless payment was made immediately.

We have used ICU to execute multiple reposessions as well as their other advertised services. They are easy to work with and very friendly. Not sure why this lady would say such horrible things that are just not true. Perhaps you should get a life. I am surprised that people can slander good reputable companies here without any proof or responsibility for what they fabricate. False claims like this should be removed from the system as they could be damaging to people when such false claims without any documentation are spread . Anyways my thoughts and ICU is a good company and has saved our company thousands every year, and in the current economy that is very important.

Speedy Repo has been wonderful to work with. The rates are very reasonable and they always get the asset even when several other companies have tried already without success. Speedy Repo is highly reccomended by us and regardless of whatever false claims are made against them here will not change our opinion to detour us from continueing to use them frequently for all of our reposession needs. Speedy Repo is truly the BEST. And this isolated false claim does not fairly represent this Company

I suggest you report those units as stolen Immediately! I would also call the police stations int he area they were recovered in and see what information was given by the reporting agency. Was an agreement or contract ever signed? and if So was it part of the agreement for the agency to sub-contract the repo's out? Act quick on this!
