IDCSERVCO QUALITY SUPPLY CENTER LOST $10,000 My Letter to Attorney General of CA. Culver City, California
Dear Edmund G. Brown:
An internet search on IDCSERVCO is eye opening to say the least. WHY DO YOU LET THIS CONTINUE. THIS IS FRAUD! $10,000 Stolen from my business alone.
They operate a phone solicitation or Fax purchasing scam selling overpriced Toner Cartridges under many different names (Google IDCSERVCO). All these independant front companies lead back to IDCSERVCO.
In our instance they misrepresented themselves to a "NON AUTHORIZED to PURCHASE front staff phone person as the "New supplier" for our Panasonic copier. We currently have a lease agreement that include maintenance and toner with a local Panasonic dealer. I am the only authorized "Purchaser, Partner and Owner" for this medical practice.
A note Toshiba was forced to get a seize and desist judgment notice for them to stop misrepresenting themselves as factory authorized representatives.
This "Organization" in our case preyed on front office staff unauthorized to make purchases. First invoice dated 06/05/09 was a "Past Due Invoice" for $397.86 . We paid with ck#3163 on 7/02/09. Next came an invoice on 07/21/09 for $788.74 paid with CK#3209.
Now that the CON found his MARK toner was invoiced on 08/24/09 for $1594.56 and again 0n 10/02/09 for $2324.34 and again on 11/05/09 for $2324.34(THIS AMOUNT WAS INVOICED TWICE AND PAID TWICE)for a total of $4648.68!!
Our audit has uncovered our accounts receivable department as of 07/12/10 has paid **$10,107.04** for 26 cartridges that retail for at most $100 each.
This has come to our attention as the staff person on 6 invoices is no longer employed by REMOVED.
This sent up a red flag as an invoice dated 05/27/10 surfaced with a secretaries name on the order! We have no contract with this IDCSERVCO.
They are continuing to ship product and invoice our accounts dept. We are refusing to pay for any further product shipments. The most recent shipped toner product is available for UPS pickup at IDCSERVCO expense.
We are now considering Legal action with an attorney we have retained for this case.

I recently worked for a office that was connected to IDCSERVCO called Elite Office Supplies, Tammi Williams was the office manager at this office which is located in Glendora, ca at 620 s. Glendora Ave. Tammi's boss is glen diamond III. Monday-Friday from 7am-1pm, Tammi along with myself and 9 other women called pages upon pages of companies trying to con them on purchasing toner from us, I had no idea this was a scam until I was talking with the girls in the office and they told me what was really going on and to check out ripoff report. I did and I was disgusted with what I had read and as of the 5th of march, 2014 I was fired because of my production, after I had read all the reports about this company I couldn't call and do that to the companies which of course were all out of state. I will do what ever I can to try and shut down this company. I doubt it will be successful seeing how they will change their name and location but atleast I hopefully get their names out. By the way glen goes by the name of Rick.
