Ideluxware Systems Worked for this company as a Ebay Power Seller New York
This company is a fraud and a scam. They have numerous job postings to become a Ebay seller for Ideluxware Systems. You are contacted my a Tom Sinnet who explains about the company and what you need to do. Everything seems legit and kosher. They are in constant communication with you help you will questions for the products you are seller for them. You post items (mainly computers) for a 24 hour and when the auction ends you must wait the 3 days until the money is posted to your account. I got lucky and had someone buy it now so it didn't directly affect my Ebay account. Also, my bank posted the money in 2 days and I was able to send money to the Ideluxware Systems. I guess my first sign would have been when I had to send the money through MoneyGram to Wired Plastics, which I found out later is also a scam.
So to make a long story short, the customer did not receive his item (Tom stated they would refund the customer his money). He told me since they didn't make good on the overnight shipping that their admin department choose to refund the money. Ok, so why didn't they just send me the money so I can refund the customer since it was my paypal account? I don't know. Scam clue #2. They were in contact with me for a little while, but now no contact. PayPal has ruled in the customers favor and now my account is -1375$. I still have my Ebay account but its no use when you don't have Paypal. if you would like to know more please email me

I am updating this report. I made mistake with the managers name it is Tony Smith. He is a manager of sorts. Please email me with questions (((redacted))) CLICK here to see why Rip-off Report, as a matter of policy, deleted either a phone number, link or e-mail address from this Report.

I apologize you are contacted by Tony Smith, he as manager of some sorts. He claims to have control over day to day business but doesn't seem to have control over refunds. He leaves that to the "admin department", if you ask to get any other emails (owner, admin, etc etc) he dodges your inquiries. I have gotten no where with Tony and I still haven't received the documentation that a check was sent. If a check is sent I will gladly remove these postings. As far as I am concerned this operation is scam.
