The customer received a defective product. The customer called on a Friday and was sent out a UPS label the same day. The customer stressed to us that they needed the product for New Year's Eve event. I DJ NOW even upgrade the shipping to make sure they received the lights in time for the event. The customer went on to numerous boards chat boards bad mouthing us. Here is the post that was left on the Mobile Beat's prodj.com's website: However Larry didn't post the same here.
