I AM A BUSY WORKING PROFESSIONAL AND GENERALY BELIEVE THAT MOST COMPANY ABIDE BY A CODE OF ETHICS. I DON'T MAKE A HABIT OF AUDITING MY TELEPHONE BILL IF IT COMES IN AT A STANDARD AMOUNT. I HAPPENED TO REGISTER MY PHONE BILL ON LINE AND LOOKED AT A ITEMIZATION OF CHARGES ON MY BILL AND DISCOVERED THAT I HAVE BEEN INCURRING A NOT

ONE BUT TWO MONTHLY CHARGES FOR IDL TELESERVICES FOR VOICE MAIL PLUS WHICH I FIND VERY INTERESTING SINCE MY CURRENT CALLING PACKAGE WITH AT&T INCLUDES VOICE MAIL. I CALLED AT&T AND QUESTIONED THEM ABOUT THE CHARGES AND THE REFERRED ME TO THE COMPANY. I SPOKE TO THE COMPANY REP AND THAT INDIVIDUAL INFORMED ME THAT A FRIEND OF THE FAMILY WENT ON LINE AND AUTHORIZED THEM TO BILL ME MONTHLY. I REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS AT ALL. I HAVE BEEN INCURRING THESE CHARGES SINCE OCTOBER 2007 BUT THE COMPANY ONLY AGREED TO CREDIT BACK THREE MONTHS OF CHARGES TO MY ACCOUNT. THIS IS CRIMINAL AND SOMEBOBY NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
