Idrivesafely.com Refuse to fix THEIR error. Carlsbad California
After moving to Florida, the DMV wanted me to take a 4 hour BDI course after changing my license. I went online and found this place "I drive safely". And applied for the 4 hour BDI course. They tell you that they transmit the info to the DMV of your state when you complete the course. After paying the fee and taking the course I received the certificate in about 2 weeks. All good so far. 2 weeks ago I received a letter from the DMV that my license will be revoked on August 5 th if I don't take this class. After trying for 2 days to contact these people I am informed that they can't send my verification to the DMV because I clicked on insurance reduction instead of court referral. I. Took the basic driver improvement 4 hour. Class. The lady on the chat said. She understood and would do it. As of today it still hasn't been done. Please look elsewhere since I am not the only one who can't get a straight answer from these. People or, get in touch. With them. They are quick to take your money though.! Beware.
