I enter the site for the fee of 1 dollar payed with visa

promised that this is once. The site is completly free..

If i looked 2 days later on the internet to my visa account they ipped me for about 1000 dollar..

I wrote an email to them for refund..And they said they will refund, but is this a standard letter or will they refund ??

The sayd 2 billing cycles but that's 60 days and i think after that period no changes to get the money back..

please help... My account is cancelled.. VISA said they can do NOTHING

Dear Sir: We apologize if your experience with our company was either unsatisfactory or a disappointment. As stated in our email correspondence with you, we have issued credits back to your credit-card account for all of your premium-area usage. The credits, which have already been transmitted to your credit-card company, will post in your account in the next 7 to 10 business days. Due to your credit-card statement closing date, the credits may not appear on your physical credit-card statement for one to two billing cycles.
