IFit has closed down comments on their website Im sure due to being bombarded with irrated customers.

Lets see how long it takes them to stop working on the problem to take the time to pull this post off their facebook page.  How long before Jillian Michaels sues to break her contract and get her name disassociated with this dysfunctional
company?

The communication problem is even larger.  NordicTrack doesnt talk to JB Hunt, JB Hunt doesnt talk to NordicTrack, NordicTrack doesnt talk to iFit, iFit doesnt talk to NordicTrack.  Within NordicTrack, Customer Service doesnt have the same records on your purchase that the Marketing Department has.  If you call in, its like theyve never even heard of you.

I bought the NordicTrack 1750.  Like every other consumer for the express purpose of being able to map my own routes and watch them live through my computer and/or television.

I called iFit on Monday, 1/28/13, to voice my concerns as the longest I could get the Live Street View to work on my PC or TV was 11 seconds.  Then it says iFit.com is not responding; asks if I want to (get off the treadmill interrupting my workout)
recover the webpage.  The cycle continues from there.  At several points it tells me my live workout has ended and asks if I want to go to my dashboard.  Mind you, Im running the route when this message appears.

The Customer Service Representative had to put me on hold several times as she was untrained and ill-prepared to resolve my questions/concerns.  Finally, she came back and said it was basically tech supports problem and that she had to write
an iFit ticket.  She said that they would send me an email after hanging up with the ticket information and a tech support person would call me to discuss the matter.  Well naturally, here we are, two and a half days later, no email, no call.  Im sure
they are panicked as well they should be.

They are selling a product they cant deliver.  There is a legal term for that, fraudem, or fraud.  As mentioned, they have closed down comments on their website and havent given any kind of update for over a week.  They are in serious trouble, not only from a customer service standpoint but from a legal standpoint.  They sell thousand dollar machines to people
who have the means to hold them accountable.

If they dont resolve the issue soon, that is exactly what will happen.
