After getting a hold of the manager for customer service they were more than apologetic. It was hard to get a hold of anyone but they have made up for it. The problem was with the company they use to activate the game and the tech. was waiting to find out more info before contacting me back. They should have contacted me to let me know but I should not blame the whole company for one employee's mistake. They really should make it easier to contact people at the company instead of there stupid email ticket system they use.
