Ignite Youthful various beauty products, various names, also latest weight loss products.Radiant Beauty.Renewderm, Nulift, igniteyouthful garcinia cambogia, ignite beauty mango,etc Did not reveal that a persons card would be charged another approx $100 in 14 days. No packing slip for one, therefore I had not proof of what I received, or how much it cost, or any terms they claim you agreed to. Internet
I was scammed by a company called Ignite Youthful. I ordered a trial size of a Radiant Beauty face cream for $4.95 and was subsequently charged another $1.99 for the use of a debit card. (?>>this was never mentioned).
Approximately 14 days later, My card was charged another $94.95 by this same company. I called them up, they refused to refund my money. They said I failed to call and cancel within 14 days. I said cancel what? They told me that by virtue of ordering, I had agreed to a monthly charge of $99.90 for this product.
I asked them where was this stated? I read the entire ad, and this was not mentioned, not at all!
I recently went back to the web site looking for Radiant Beauty, and there is a one page ad that is just like the one I filled out the information for a trial, however, now after you enter order info for this free trial, the next page flips to the payment page of a different product name, and in very,very, light print under the vibrantly colored ad, they do mention a charge after 14 days.
I called the company, they would not entertain returning my money. After my bank investigated the situation, I called Ignite Beauty back one more time, and her short answer was since you are a chargeback, we are no longer ABLE to do anything.
No, it was not a chargeback, no one has given my money back. The company showed the bank they had all my info , not j!ust a debit card #, and they showed they sent me a package by the tracking number of the package.
There are many ways to be fraudulent, and this company is just that. The extremely small jar of cream, and the extremely cheap packaging, how do I know anything inside the jar wasn't just as cheap?
Also, I believe the ad popped up when I was responding to a performance questionnaire I filled out from my bank. The product was deemed FREE,a for $4.95.
