And I check all the FFXI CDKEY order from 5/20/2009 to 5/25/2009 one by one. There is no customer from New Jersey. And I check all the orders history and they were all successfully deliveried. PayPal wouldn't have helped you. I too purchased some virtual goods from an online game supplier for my son (gameim.com) and they would not ship the item nor would they issue a refund. After filing a dispute with PayPal and waiting for five weeks, PayPal refused to get me a refund, even though the seller openly admitted never shipping the product. PayPal probably gets a kickback from the fraudelent companies they protect.
