I receive my phone bill via an email notice. Finally got around to looking at the current one and saw a charge for $14.25 for ILD Teleservices, Inc. When I contacted them they said I had signed up for this via Group Lotto. Though I did play one of their games once, I never signed up for anything. They said they had my personal info so I must have. I think I'd remember signing up for a $14.25 service each month. I asked why they'd never sent me a welcome message explaining what services I was entitled too. They said they'd email me a credit request. It's a form you have to print out and return with copies of your phone statements. They can do all of this over the internet but you must deal with them in writing. Pretty interesting. I think this is all a major ripoff.

Susan, This is strangely familiar to me. About a year or so ago a small business operating a porno site obtained a merchant account and just started charging credit card accounts as fast as they could get them. No authorization was ever given. The merchant account gave the business access to personal information and list of credit card numbers. I suggest you file a charge back with your credit card company and don't wait for these scoundrels to do it. Also, report this to the New York Attorney General at www.oag.state.ny.us/, which is where Group Lotto operates. Group Lotto is owned by: Traffix Inc.
