 I am a Farmers Insurance agent.  I recently signed up with Ileads and paid $275.00 for their service.  However, after I signed up with them, they sent me pretty much all bad leads.  So far I received 14 leads from them.  12 out of 14 are all bad/bogus. 

I was so mad.  I contacted the rep.  His name is Eirk Tyndall.  I did send him a request to cancel my account as well as auto pay on 7/8.  But until now 7/10, they still have not stopped my account and sent me back my refund.  They still keep sending me bad leads.

I went to their website and terminated auto pay myself.  If they do not take care of this issue and if the auto pay is not terminated per my request, I will take them to court.

This is a bad internet leads company I have ever experienced since I've been an agent.  Ileads did not deliver their promises.

The issue has been resolved by Ileads management team. Thank you for taking care of this. Even though the original reported can not be removed per Ripoff Report and I can only give updates, Ileads has worked things out with me and has made me happy by doing what is right. This final update is to show how Ileads used good customer service to solve the problem. After serveral attempts and discussions with the company, Ileads.com agreed to a full refund of my account. Here is a response from the rep Erik Tyndall "Hi John - I have reviewed your account with the owner, and he has agreed to a full refund. The refund is conditional upon your removal of your Ripoff Report made against iLeads.com. Please respond with your acceptance of these terms. We will then process a refund within two days of receipt of confirmation from you that the Ripoff Report has been removed. iLeads.com Erik Tyndall Senior Sales Consultant" Once I receive a full refund from ileads, I will update my report. This is how it should be done. I will request ripoffreport to remove the original report if possible. p.s: if there is no update from me after this, we all know what it means - the company (Ileads.com) still has not refunded my money.
