Again, I am sorry that you feel that we have not treated you well. That said, I wanted to follow up with you again to you directly as the managing partner of the company. We have been in business since 1996, have serviced over 45,000 clients, and have an A+ rating from the BBB.
To address your allegations directly, while it is true that we do pause delivery of leads if there has been a credit card charge back issued, we do always continue delivery once the dispute has been resolved. This has been our policy since 1996, and is so to this day. Id be happy to call you directly, but since this site allows anonymous postings, I do not have the ability to try and contact you directly.
On the quality front, we take our lead quality and your success very seriously. To be frank, we know that there are many choices for marketing on the Internet, and without you, (our customer), we have no business. To that end, we check each and every lead that comes through our system, as well as offering what we feel is a fair replacement policy. Again, if you feel differently, Id like to talk to you about it.

So, here's the update on this company. They won their appeal that I still owed them $220 because I signed a "no refund" policy stating that this company can cancel your contract at any time for no reason. They have the right (in writing)to NOT send you any of the leads you paid for. So, they got my $220 and I got ZERO leads from them! Do not sign a contract with them, unless you are prepared to pay for leads not rendered to you. I am out $220, with not a single lead to show for it. The credit card company wouldn't refund my money because I signed the "no refund" contract. Now, in my original complaint...the leads were bogus anyway, which I believe to still be true. So, even if they sent me the additional 20 leads for $220...more than likely they would still be bogus leading to NO SALES. But, they should have least honored the 20 leads, since I had to pay for them anyway, and they DID NOT. So, they make money off of us insurance agents at our cost, not theirs! Again, Buyer BEWARE!

I am very sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with our company. That said, we do have agreements that all of our clients agree to prior to starting their orders (which includes our policy on renewals).
