Ilumader skin care I ordered a free sample,not realizing that if I didn't contact them,that I would continue receiving shipments every month. Called the company but they would not work with me. Internet
I ordered a free sample product from Ilumaderm skin care in April 2017. Did not read the fine print and didn't realize I would be charged $90 for the next shipment that I didn't order. Today I received an email stating my next shipment would arrive May 12th at the cost of $90. Called the company immediately and was told that they had no account of my previous call telling them I didn't want any further deliveries. Basically I was told there was nothing they could do about the latest shipment. I was told to email to cancel my order even though I was speaking with a representative. I live on a fixed income and this has caused a hardship financially.
