Two weeks ago, Image Sealcoating of Blaine, Minnesota (Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul), owned by Kevin and Darla Lick, was doing an early morning sealcoat job on my neighbor's driveway. I was home with the flu that day. At about 10 in the morning, I heard breaking glass downstairs. Thinking one of the neighbor kids pitched a fastball at my window, I investigated and was surprised to see two men climbing ithrough my basement window. Both men had shirts with "Image Concrete and Sealcoating" embroidered on them, and one of them was carrying a pry bar. They saw me and quickly fled back out the window. Pretty gutsy of them to break into someone's house in broad daylight, but not gutsy enough to confront a homeowner!
I called the police and gave a report of the break-in. I have heard nothing since, as I assume the Blaine Police Dept. has an ongoing investigation into the company's employees. Luckily, the Image Sealcoater burglers didn't steal anything from my home, nor did they harm anyone. No idea if they broke into their customer's home as well. I guess I'm lucky I'm still here to write this review!
I looked online and saw that the Minnesota BBB gave Image Concrete and Asphalt an F rating, due to shoddy work and fraudulent financial dealings. People giving them a deposit and the workers never showing up. It looks like the employees of Image Concrete & Sealcoating are supplementing their incomes by burglarizing area homes.
Stay away from these thieving crooks.

We at Image Concrete & Sealcoating have never broke into anyone's home. We don't have embroidered shirts couldn't have been us. If you call the police on a burglary they come out to the address. Blaine police never contacted me obviously it wasn't true. Anyone can look into it with Blaine police or public records. We take pride in our work. When reading this I couldn't believe that someone could say this.

First of all, nice work with those writing skills. I really enjoyed the atrocious grammar, spelling and sentence structure. No doubt that fourth grade education comes in handy when writing rebuttals to online reviews.
I can understand why you would be motivated to write an angry (and patently false) rebuttal to my accurate and factual report for Image Concrete and Sealcoating. You obviously have a financial interest in said business and it is completely understandable that you would try to present your business in the best light possible. However, all the ranting and raving that you may do does not change the fact that my report is based entirely on factual information. I know the truth hurts and I can sympathize with you. Nobody likes to read poor reviews of their business. But facts are facts and I stand by my report 100 percent.
Now, of course you would not find any criminal complaints by the police department for the activities of Image Sealcoating's employees. This is because law enforcement agencies typically do not discuss ongoing investigations. Rest assured that when justice is finally served against the perpetrators who use their employment at Image Concrete and Sealcoating as cover for their criminal activities, you will be the first to know. Perhaps you are one of the burglars I saw that day. I hope you have a good lawyer.

Hey so buddy image concrete and asphalt is a great company whome dont have tshirts with there name so you didnt see that on no shirt! Blaine nor coonrapids have a police report you say you made i checked! So douglas you really need a new story with facts that are true! Kevin amd Darla would never take part an anything as you claim they have.
