I was a security officer at IRG . I Resigned because I tried cashing my pay check at IRG's bank . The bank refused to cash it due to lack of funds . Let me remind you that I was given my check 4 days late . When I received my check from Joe he asked me if I could hold off on cashing it for another 3 days . On the 3rd day their bank would not cash it . I made another attempt on the 5th day of having the check . IRG 's bank refused to cash it again . Joe told me 3 times now that they had deposited several checks and there should be money and he don't understand why I am having such problems. Well needless to say I was told by IRG's bank to cash it at my bank . I did , and it bounced. After contacting Joe and putting up with his foul choice of words and their little head games I was able to receive my money for the month of June . I received my money on July 16th , 2015 . That was my resigning date also . Now I am trying to collect July's pay . Only to be told that pay will be late . 8 days late . Security officers get paid once a month on the 6th of every month at IRG and it is a 1099 form . Now Joe Peters is trying to get out of paying my full pay . Joe claims that I had sign a contract for training. The training that I had was mandatory. It was for pepper spray , and taser use . Joe Peters thinks everyone has no bills , and gets free gas .
