They do not know anything about immigration they told us to use a fee waiver form I-539 and it was sent back with the following " The form I-539 you submitted is not eligible for a fee waiver request as per current fee waiver guidance issued by USCIS. Please resubmit your I-539 application with the correct fee. The Salesperson had given his unconditional guarantee that we would not have to pay the fee. Then they said that they could not return their fees. and the Manager of the office insulted both me and my wife , calling us names and slaming the phone on us , I am sure that there are real Honest people out there , that know what they are doing , not these ripoffs, BEWARE.
