I saw A2X advertised on TV and called the toll free number. They advertised that the first bottle was free, only shipping cost. Nothing was explained to me that I was signing up for a subscription and going to be charged $25.00 for each bottle if i didn't call to cancel the subscription after Only 14 days. I was so shocked when I saw a bill of 49.00 after another bottle arrived. I has been a while, so I don't remember all the tiny details. If they get $53.00 from each individual they take advantage of, they will become rich. They will get a lot of bad reviews and then will probably rename themselves and take advantage of many other people. I am 78 years old and am not stupid, but all the tiny print is there to capture unsuspecting people. After you are caught in their net, it is almost impossible to escape, so they get their money in the end.

This consumer is factually false in nearly every respect.
First, Janet Hr of Las Vegas, NV is incorrect in the media used to advertise our product. We do not and have not ever advertised our product on the television. Our product is advertised exclusively online. As a manager, I reached out to Janet to explain she is mistaken. I asked what channel she was watching, and she stated that she could not remember. I assured her the product is only advertised online and that she was free to contact any channel she may watch with regularity to inquire if our company is among that channel's list of advertisers. She responded with vulgar language and name calling.
I request that Janet H present proof from the television station she claims aired an advertisement for our product.
We know for a fact that Janet Hapner ordered the product online as that is the only medium we employ to advertise the product. Further, we track the IP address of all orders. When I offered to read Janet her IP address, she responded with more vulgar language.
Additionally, Janet Her contacted us by phone and spoke with a representative on a recorded line on 1/29/15. At that time she requested cancellation of her subscription. Her request was complied with and a cancellation email sent to the email address she had provided.
Because of her advanced age, we broke with company policy and offered to accept a return of the product for a full refund or apply a half refund immediately. Janet H accepted the immediate refund on a recorded line on 1/29/15.
On 2/11/15, she called our office again using vulgar language, retracting her earlier agreement, and threatening to file a knowingly fraudulent dispute with a government agency as well as posting a libelous report on this website.
In summary, Janet Hr has made several factually false accusations, violated an amiable agreement in which our company broke with policy to accomodate her, and has threatened to knowingly file a fraudulent complaint with a government agency.
The product is clearly and transparently advertised and advertised via internet only. Extensive examples are provided below.
We ask that Janet H provide one piece of evidence in support of any of her claims.
