Imperial Homes Inc Imperial Home Builders They built a new custom home for me which was never finished yet were paid in full Naples, Florida
We contracted with Imperial Homes in spring 2010 and we finally achieved a CO in March 2012. The builder never finished the home according to plan,never received architect board approval from the property to substitute doors,made many changes without any authorization change orders, and when the bank transferred monies to a joint account in my name and his he immediately transferred those monies to his private account.As of today punchout has not been completed. I have many e-mails that are direct lies from reality for example, my roof line was build off 7 inches to one side(builders fault) He e-mailed us and told us that the framers agreed to replace my exterior doors with the final custom ones and would start in January. After speaking to the framing company headquarters-84 Lumber,they inform me that they NEVER agreed to do anything. In addition Mr Gunther wrote that the lawyers fro 84 Lumber were drafting an agreement and according to senior management in Pennsylvania the lawyer has never even been told there was an agreement. So from October 2012 to present we have been lied to repeatedly. And that punchout that was never completed, Mr Gunther held out almost $3000 via e-mail in 9/11 from the stucco and drywall man. But yet he certified the home complete,that all monies were paid in full etc. He has our $3000 since punchout is not done. What other monies did he skim off the top. We paid a flat 20% commission for the house and feel he fraudulently stold monies from us. Even the mortgage company Compass bank stopped administering draws to the joint account and gave the monies to me to disburse because they did not trust him as well. He robs Peter to pay Paul and he needs to be stopped.
