Finally I had to file a complaint with the Florida Dept of Agriculture in order to get my refund back from these people. If anyone has a problem with this company, please file a complaint and follow through with it.

The old ship has gone because it could not meet the new Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) standard. The new ship is a refurbished European ferry. When these people call or write to offer you a great vacation that you have 'won" or recieved a discount on please hang up or toss the letter. It is not a scam but a vacation in Ft. Lauderdale and Orlando at second rate hotels, a morning wasted at a timeshare pitch and the second rate cruise ship. Just hang up and contact a travel agent or go on line for a more pleasant trip at less money. For God's sake don't give them credit card information. Most of the complaints arose from the failure of these people to offer a refund. They will ultimately but you need to send them a legal-type letter with copies to the Florida Attorney General etc. It isn't easy so stay away.

I was told by the rep that the caribbean cruise line is not the renovated Imperial Majesty--they are from the same company but different ships. NOT that I believe them.

Imperial Majesty Cruiseline Vacations has a new name which is Carribean Cruise Line. I was informed by one of their reps this morning on May 12th @ 9:44. The rep kept insisting that I give her my name and phone number.
