The worst experience we have ever had. Not one, not two, not three but four times they messed up. Put granite in and the edges were not cut right, they took it out. Put it back in and they cut an inch off the granite therefore it was too short and looked dumb. They took it out again! They were going to replace it and then they dropped it! Whether it was on purpose or not we will never know. They were decided that in the middle of the job (they were doing the whole entire house 4 bathrooms and a kitchen) that they were going to quit and give us our money back. Now after those mishaps we made the mistake of letting them put the fireplace surrounding in. They slapped the stone on and got out of there as quick as they possibly could. Now we have a crooked and uneven piece of useless marble on the fireplace, the first thing you see when walking in the front door. They wont answer the phone and are ignoring us. DO NOT BE DECEIVED. THEY WILL MAKE YOU FEEL IMPORTANT BUT REALLY ALL THEY SEE IS DOLLAR SIGNS. SAM AND HESHEY HAVE NO MORALES AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER BUT RATHER HOW MUCH MONEY THEY ARE EITHER GETTING OR LOOSING. (MY WHOLE HOUSE WAS PAINTED TO MATCH THE GRANITE AND MARBLE WE WERE GETTING FROM THEM... THEN THEY QUIT) IF YOU HAPPEN TO READ THIS STEER CLEAR OF IMPERIAL MARBLE & GRANITE THEY ARE NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS!
