Imperial Moving Daniel Norber Imperial Moving slow, sleazy, unwilling to make up for sucky service. Daniel Norber is an idiot. New York, New York
I used these guys and was completely appalled by the service I received. The two guys that were sent out were nice enough at the beginning, but thats where my good experience ended. My friend and I were packing up smaller stuff while they started moving my furniture out (but not before complaining that they didnt know beforehand that I was on the third floor which I specified with the person I arranged this within their office). The guy spent about 75% of the time trying to pick up on my friend, saying all sorts of inappropriate things, and even went as far as pulling her hair.
Initially I was told that they started the time at 2pm. When it was time to sign their sheet and pay, the time had been changed to start at 1:30 pm, and I was being billed for 3 hours, which I find to be ridiculous. I told Daniel Norber this, and he basically turned around and yelled at me that I needed to sign the paper. Im a female, I live by myself, and Im not going to lie, I was a little intimidated, so I did as he asked, signed his paper and a check so theyd get the hell out of my apartment.
The following day, I called the office again around 10 am and spoke with a guy named Mark who essentially told me he was too busy to talk to me, call back later. What kind of service is that?
Upon further inspection of my stuff, Ive found that my TV stand is cracked, and the bottom of my dresser is an absolute wreck.
To say that I was unimpressed is a total understatement. I would refer this company to NOBODY Unless it was someone I secretly despised.
