Limo in VERY poor condition, it had no air, sopping wet floor-ruining items, back door handle didn't work, no mood lighting & controls didn't work. Very disappointed in the condition of the limo and the service we received. In contacting them after the event to let them know of my disappointment, it took several messages before they returned the calls and kept saying they would call me back with a resolution. Weeks later it’s still not resolved. We rented the Hummer for my daughters surprise 16th birthday. I feel like since they knew it was a group of kids they could've cared less on the condition of the vehicle. The AIR CONDITION didn't work and we were stuck in the hot limo all the way down to our destination and back. One of the passengers ended up sick from the heat, and ruined their evening at the event. The mood lighting didn't work, nor did any of the controls in the back of the limo. The back door didn't work so we had to climb over the back seat to put the gifts and cake in the spare area. ALSO, the carpet was sopping wet!! One of the girl’s parents called me the next day to let me know her daughter’s purse was ruined and so was the contents of her purse. Joe the driver said the company is aware of the issues and he felt bad but there was nothing he could do and understood our complaints. I just spoke with Devin after several calls, he offered me a two hour limo ride. When I let him know that was not acceptable he said that's all they would offer. He said the OWNER - TROY, wouldn't return any of my calls as requested because he wouldn't resolve the issue any differently so I could accept this or forget it. My reply is "Why would I use your service again, when I had such a poor experience the first time?" I'm not asking for all my money back but a percentage based on the fact that when I rented the limo for this event I expected a vehicle working at 100%. Why as a paying full price consumer wouldn't I expect what I paid for? If I was renting a car from a rental company and the car had issues, they would give me another car or refund me if they can't provide what I originally paid for to rent! Devin also commented that "Joe, our driver no longer works for them because he is a liar!" Go figure...This Company LIES about the condition of their limo's and the service they provide! This was a Hummer limo, event was 5/22/15, Joe was the driver, Paid via credit card - full price. After several messages and promises to get back with me. I spoke with Devin today 6/12/15 whose resolution was two hours of service. When I told him that was not acceptable, I wanted to speak with the owner, Troy, Devin said he wouldn't have any other resolution, that's the way it is they don't give refunds. Why would I use their services again based on such poor experience the first time. They said the driver is no longer with them because he's a liar. They lie about the condition of their limo's and their "World Class" experience.
