Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I iquired about an order with Imperial textiles, the caveat being I needed the order within 2 weeks.  (The products were in stock, so there should have been no issue).  The delivery date came and went and I called and found out that not only had I not received my products, but they had NOT EVEN BEEN SHIPPED.

It was an extrememly time sensitive matter and I was forced to have to purchase last minute from another manufacturer from another supplier.  Not only did Imperial fail to deliver, they failed to offer a refund.  So they took my money and didn't send me my products.

With MANY manufacturer choices, by no means do business with this over promising, under perfoming company who are not ethical.

To prove my point, the owner Rick, will probably try to tell people that this is all fabricated, however I have the entire email trail of the order, when it was promised to be delivered, when i didn't receive it, and their refusal for a refund even though they screwed me because I was needed the product by a certain date (2 weeks out from what they already had in stock...i should have gooten it within 3 days).  Contact me and I'll show you the evidence.  Try to lie your way out of that Rick

Hello Rick

I found this page here via Google looking for 'Imperial Textiles Scam'. I received an email 7 June 2017 promising me an income under the heading of your company! Being a pro at spotting the type of scam involved, I can tell it is a fraudulent cheque scam, and involves Western Union of MoneyGram. Usually a job is given, a fraudulent cheque is issued, the person banks the check which is a few hundred dollars over the agreed sum, and a refund is requested. sometimes you have to pay onwards for a delivery person, or someone else involved in 'the business'. The person makes sure the money is cleared and pays the 'overage' via Western Union. A few weeks late the person is informed that the check has been returned 'non-Sufficient Funds, Account Closed' or similar. The person has no way of getting the overage back from Western Union, so is out of pocket. Not sure it is relevant to the compaint above, but it is worth placing here.

Dear Anonymous Customer,

You are describing a situation that defies the way we do business here.  We transact almost 50,000 invoices/sales per year.  If this is the way we do business, we'd be long out of business, not in our 18th year.

If what you're saying is true, why didn't you get your money back through your credit card company, assuming that's how you paid?  There's got to be more to this story.

I encourage you to contact us with your invoice number etc. and we'll gladly look into whatever happened and do our best to make it right.
