 Placed order for 6 NAVY table cloths for my company to use at trade shows.  I received 6 MEDUIM BLUE table cloths which do not coordinate with our display color scheme.  I contacted customer support and submitted a photo of the table cloth color next to my navy sleeve.  After 3 day weekend, contacted customer support again and was told the color of table cloths I received are considered navy for that item and they will only refund 50% since these table cloths are made to order.  I can see there being variations in color for lime green or teal however navy should be navy; a standard color.

Dear Anonymous Customer -

we refer to Pantone (PMS) values because colors names are definitely not consistent between manufacturers, not to mention dye lot differences between batches of fabric during manufacturing.  We offer free sample swatches and encourage customers to utilize them prior to placing an order.  All of our terms and conditions are spelled out very clearly, and customers are warned before buying that certain items are not returnable due to their custom nature.  We offered a 50% restocking fee instead of sticking by our policy of no returns on this item. 

Many manufacturers use the color "navy" in their offerings of colors and rarely are they the same Pantone color between manufacturers. To try to buy "navy" in several items from several different companies and expect them all to match for your trade show is going to be an exercise in frustration for anyone trying accomplish one consistent color for all the products they are buying.  We'd definitely recommend you specifying the Pantone (PMS value) of the navy that you want.

While we're sorry you had this experience, we definitely try to prevent this as best we can, and tried to accommodate you by offering the return.
