If you are a parent and are considering (or have been ordered to) take parenting classes, stay far away from In-Depth Therapy located in Broomfield, co.. In my opinion, these people and this program teach nothing more than common sense and pretty much a try to scam you to get your money. They are CONSTANTLY attempting to get you to purchase books, tapes, books and/or tapes, etc. If you don't buy, they look at you like you are a "bad parent". Furthermore, these classes teach you absolutely NOTHING about being a..."Good Parent". They consist of nothing more than a DVD being played and a discussion afterwards.
In addition, the women who runs/works at In-Depth Therapy is "partners" with a local Boulder judge named Ingrid Bakke. These two women raise a little boy together (so much for Judge Bakke being non biased about fathers rights and the importance of a father in a child's life). This represents a HUGE judicial and fundamental conflict of interest. How can you have a judge referring parents to PAY for classes given by her "PARTNER"?? How can a Judge who is raising a little boy with her female "partner", ever be non-biased in a child custody case?
If you are looking for a good parenting class, I would stay far away from Ms. Hubble and Judge Bakke's: In-Depth Therapy located in Broomfield, Co. Don't reward these women for a very obvious CONFLICT OF INTEREST and possible Judicial Misconduct.
