On March 26,2004, I responded to an offer from In Touch Marketing Inc through surveylane.com which stated that if I were to complete their survey, then I would receive up to 8 free movie tickets.

I completed the survey, only to find out that the movie ticket offer was not free--there was a "processing fee" of $6.97 (payable through PayPal), and the tickets would not be sent to me up front, but rather, my family and I would have to go to a movie(s), all on the same day, then, I would have to send in the receipt from the theater & all the ticket stubs as well as a valid copy of my drivers license, and THEN I would be reimbursed for the cost of the tickets.

As of today, I have not yet had e-mailed to me my "printable rebate certificate", and when I e-mail In Touch, there is no response. When I call their telephone #, there is an outgoing recording that tells you their business hrs (EST), but they NEVER answer the phone during those hrs--you always get the recording.

I realize this is a small amount of money ($6.97), but I wonder how many thousands of others they have taken advantage of in addition to myself.
