Well, after a lot of contacting this company I finally received my ipod! It took about two months and I didn't get very good customer service, but I will admit when I'm wrong and I received it today new in the box sealed and everything- I guess these guys do come through with enough persistance, definitely contact the people I mentioned in my previous update.

It is now 1/22/04, and I finally received confirmation that they have processed my voucher and they say my ipod is on it's way in 2-3 weeks. If this is true and I do receive my ipod then I will update again. It seems that the company may just be irresponsible in thier handling of timeframes, and hopefully the ipod will eventually come.
